This agreement represents a legally binding contract between the property owner, authorized representative, or policyholder (hereafter referred to as 'Client') and the operating entity identified below:

Upon dispatch and on-site inspection, Local Flood Services LLC performs stabilization, industrial water extraction, drying equipment setup, and psychrometric monitoring under industry standard IICRC S500 guidelines. The Client authorizes our teams to enter the premises, perform continuous moisture logging, and install necessary drying assemblies until certified dry standards are achieved.
These terms, along with any service authorizations and billing documents executed with Local Flood Services LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
